    If you find damaged goods, take clear photos of the affected cartons and the shipping label to help us expedite your claim.

    Email our customer care team with your order number and photo evidence to request a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.

    Recycle Damaged Cartons

    Since we do not require the physical return of liquid goods, please empty any damaged cartons and place them in your recycling bin as per local guidelines.
